You are looking at a miracle when you see this beautiful park... Land Yacht Harbor... built with free labor. 'Tis true ... volunteer labor built this park! In the beginning it seemed impossible that a large project could be built with a very small amount of money and no construction equipment. However, Jim Brunsgaard, Millard and Myrtle Finch "Had a Dream .... that one day" with a little hard labor we could own the land and have a lovely park!! Over 300 days of sunshine offer residents and visitors an ideal climate. The average temperature is 72 degrees F, with an average daily high of 90 degrees in July and August. The Atlantic Ocean provides a lovely breeze that cools the summer and warms the winter.

This is one of the cleanest parks I have ever seen. And the people all over the park are all so friendly. It is very close to the interstate and also close to major shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend it. Gail and Gary Eaton
