Important Campground Notes

PA discount is valid during the months August, September and October only. 3 nights minimum stay required to receive PA discount. PA is valid for 7 nights maximum. PA discount is not valid during the week of a holiday. PA not valid on Premium and Premium Marshview RV sites. Pets welcome. *Rates are subject to change without notice. Rate is for 2 people. $5.00 for each additional person (up to 4 adults) Children 12 and under are Free. $4.00 additional for electricity. $4.00 additional for Cable TV.

Directions

Located 5 miles south of St. Augustine, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and 300 yards from the beach. From I-95: Exit #305 on SR 206 E toward Crescent Beach until you get to A1A, turn left. Campground is approximately 3 miles on left.

Regular Rate: $375 a 3 night getaway & $750 weekly* Passport America Discount: 10% Type of Rental: These Luxury units come fully furnished and equipped for your visit. Inside you’ll find a full bath & separate bedroom with a Queen size bed. Our kitchens are equipped for cooking & serving &feature dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, oven/stove & microwave. All rentals have a flat screen TV & are fully air conditioned & heated. Accommodates: 4 Linens Provided: Yes Check in time: 2PM Check out time: 10AM Notes: No discount on monthly rental. *No discount on $50 cleaning fee or $200 security deposit.
