We have stayed here for our vacation times for the last two years ..... Great park, Well maintained, and super Staff. Always willing to help ..... Will always be back to stay.....
Pleasant staff, pleasant campground. Pleasant Creek. Larry and Grant were very helpful. Clean, safe and perfect for my visit. Check rates with campground. Will return again.
Great place friendly people nice owner! Some highway noise and occasional train. Close to Lake Limestone and good restaurants! Easy in and out!
I have stayed there several times when starting or ending a trip. It is a good location. It is quiet & professional. You get good feeling when you arrive to a warm reception. It is far enough off of the beaten path to not hear the noise but close enough to not have to drive out of your way. They have a nice big dog park for my traveling mate.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Vicki is the best host!! Will definitely be back for many years to come!!!
We have stayed at Silver Valley Campsites for about a week each of the last two years. It’s a large campground with good gravel roads. It has both wooded and open campsites. We tend to stay in a pull through site that isn’t shaded. Especially nice are both the indoor and outdoor pools. We are looking forward to tonight’s Ice Cream Social and tomorrow night’s Wine and Cheese Party. A couple things to note are: 1) Passport America rate is honored for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. 2) Silver Valley Road: one of the creeks between route 209 and Cotton Tail Lane has a bridge that was recently (2023) restricted to 5 tons.
Stopped in this park on our way back home. Arrived late and were pleasantly surprised at the amenities they offer. Will stay longer on our next trip. Highly recommend.
Great stay! Everyone was super helpful and nice!
Spent 3 days here. Very friendly owners/staff. Quite park well maintained. Had a pull thru site. No dog park but had a large area where dog could run free off leash. Just make sure you have a well behaved dog that listens to you. Will definitely stay here again.
This place was an absolute delight. The lawns and landscaping are impeccable. The restroom and showers were spotless. The owners, Gary & Debbie are welcoming and friendly. They made you feel right at home. They are hard workers making sure that they have the best! Thank you Gary & Debbie making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend your RV Park.
Easy stopping place when traveling through Texas. Good customer service and it really is super close to Walmart.
We spent only one night at this park and find it is very well maintained. Sites are level!!! Hosts were attentive. Code for Clubhouse, lounge, bathroom, shower, and laundry were a bit tricky (the first time). Recommend this park and would stay here again and for a longer time.
An amazing spot to stop. This was me and my husband’s first ever stop. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We are towing a car that had died in route, and they found jumper cables to jump us off. Canton is an adorable town with so many cute shops. 10/10 recommend stopping here.
Good for an overnight stop although I wouldn't mind staying longer to save money. $17, self service pay drop. cash or check only. Pull thru, FHU, shade tree, grass, level site for $17 is a bargain! Be sure to visit Jack Sisemore's RV museum! We also enjoyed the Cadillacs art installation on I40. Take some spray paint and leave your mark!
Beautiful facility! Superbly maintained. Got there and no one was in office. Found our “package” and went to site. Sites were concrete and pavers. New powder coated picnic tables. Later they came by to check that all was OK. Would recommend to all.
This was a great place to layover for the night..Great accommodations and owners were very helpful and greeted us as we arrived...Would highly recommend staying here..
I was pretty worried after reading reviews. It was quiet and secluded which was nice and was all fine for the price. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the campground so it wasn’t that concerning. Thoughts were that it was run down. The campground is split, Highway tuns in between the 2 sections. We have a 43ft 5th wheel and it was rather tight to get in. The pavement was in bad shape to get to the campsite. And it’s first come first serve! Which is not ideal when you have such a big rig. Good home base especially if you plan to explore a lot on the coast.
Verde Ranch RV is our favorite campground in Arizona. The facility is always spotless, the sites are all level with high-quality connections. You couldn't ask for better staff, they are always so friendly and willing to help with reservations, etc. The clubhouse and pool area are beautiful, and we like to take advantage of the pool table and shuffleboard as well. Really a fantastic place to stay, and close to great food and shopping in Camp Verde and Cottonwood. Highly recommended!
Stayed a week and really enjoyed it. Honored PA discount with no problem. Full hookups. Clean, quiet, and well-kept. Nice bathroom and showers. Al does a good job maintaining the park. Seems like someone was always around and available. Downtown Chappell was within walking distance. I ate at Burgie's a couple of times, great BBQ shrimp salad. Enjoyed talking to Ms. Barbara and Mr. Brian. Just down-home folks and very hospitable. I will be going back.
Passport campers allowed in during the week. Campground has nice sites but not much activity during the week. It picks up on the weekend with the tubers and rafters floating by. The river is slow, shallow, and has a sandy bottom, making it safe for kids. No cell service, so it is a great way to get kids offline and into nature!
