500 space Gated community, a friendly and beautiful park with over 200 palm trees, can accommodate RVs up to 45ft, Big Rig Friendly, full hookups, 20/30/50 amp, water, sewer, back ins, rental accommodations/cabins, Cable TV, Free WiFi in activity hall, wired internet, restrooms, showers, laundry, handicap accessible (handicap parking and access to buildings), heated swimming pool, hot tub, pool tables, shuffleboard and Petanque courts, two NEW pickleball courts, outdoor giant size chess set, biking, dog walk, fitness center, ice, RV storage, recycling. Residents enjoy games, crafts, sewing, and other activities in our newly remodeled 2,000 sq ft social hall.

Take 281 south to Expressway 83 west. Exit at Goodwin Road, take the frontage road, and follow sign to N. Abram. You will come directly across Abram to Sleepy Valley Resort.
