You will receive a $65 discount on stays of two days or more. A minimum of two nights stay is required to receive PA discount. PA discount is valid for 2 nights max. PA discount is not valid during holidays and holiday weekends. Reservations by phone only for the PA discount. Check-in: 2PM, Check-out: 12PM. Scarborough Fair is right across the street. Things to do in Waxahachie: Tulipalooza, Crape Myrtle Festival & Driving Trail, Gingerbread Home Tour, Scarborough Renaissance Festival, Screams Halloween Theme Park, and Railport Brewing company.

New park and very level big drive thru pads. Dog park and plenty of doggy potty spots. Bathroom very nice. I just wish they had a few big trees. They will be big one day. We will stay again if in the area. Good internet, cell phone service and plenty tv channels.
