Located 180 miles from Dallas and 150 miles from Little Rock. Take I-30 to Texarkana TX. Then go to Nash Exit. Turn south onto Kings Hwy), and go to Hwy 67. Then turn right and go 1 mile. Park is on the left.

It's inexpensive and the people are friendly. The basic utilities work. Wifi is too weak to use. Cable TV doesn't really work either (although I got maybe one or two stations). But if you're looking for cheap and convenient to Texarkana, this is it. Note: The office is actually at the adjacent tire store. There is no signage to note this.
