15 total RV sites. Can accommodate any size RV (over 90% of the spaces are 50ft wide), 30/50 amp, full hookups, back ins, pull thrus, WiFi, Cable TV, phone, and security. NO restrooms, showers, or laundry room. We have a limited amount of DVD's available for nightly use ($). We also have a few books available to check out as well.
PA valid 3 nights and additionall nights are available for the full price rate. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available. Reservations are not required but suggested. Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome. *All prices are subject to change without notice. Boon docking available for $5 nightly. Boon docking available only in dry weather.
From Houston Area: Take I-45 then take Hwy 164 west for 29 miles. RV Park will be on the right. From Dallas: Take I-45 to Hwy 14 (Richland Exit) come 35 miles take second red light to left. Go one mile. RV Park will be on the left. From I-35 in Waco: Take Hwy 6 about 6 miles to Hwy 164. Go left. Come about 35 miles to Groesbeck. Go about one mile past red light. RV Park will be on the left.
We have been in business since 1995. We are on 9 acres of land and have Extra Wide Sites and all RV sites are located away from Highway for less noise than some RV Parks. Our main street is paved and is regularly patrolled by the Groesbeck City Police Department. If you are here for an extended time and have school-aged children, we have school bus service, which will pick up and drop off at your front door. Come and enjoy rural America, where clean county livin' is still our way of life.
On occasion we will have a bean and cornbread supper along with some onions and maybe some rice and/or sausage. Have to be here to find out what we will have.
We are located about three blocks from two convenience stores and about six blocks from Groesbeck's Shopping Mall which includes a large grocery store, two Thrift stores, and Restaurants. Also, included is a barber/beauty shop & a dentist. We also have several antique stores, collectible stores, and arts and crafts store, something for everyone! Auto and Truck Repair, Doctor's Offices, and anything else you might expect in a thriving county seat city. Limestone Medical Center, many churches to Worship in, Lake Limestome, parks, and Ft. Parker. Christmas in the Fort (located at Old Ft. Parker restoration site), yearly Lions Club Car Show, yearly Fiddle Contest at the City Park, yearly Bar B Q Cook off, Masonic Lodge BBQ sale, Biannaual City Wide Arts and Crafts Shows, City wide garage sales, yearly Methodist Men’s Pancake Supper, Friday night fundraisers serving food during regular high school football season, and fishing tournaments at Lake Limestone.
