Open April 1 thru Oct 31st. Reservations strongly suggested. Must mention PA at time of reservation. PA is valid Sun thru Weds. PA is not valid during holidays and special events. PA is valid for 2 nights max within a 30 days period, short term stays only. Cancellation Policy - CC will be charged for 1 night's stay if reservation is not cancelled 48 priors to arrival. Credit cards accepted. Guest must pay for entire stay upon arrival. No discounts on tent sites. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Fires in approved areas only. *Rates are for 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18 years, $3 for each add’l adult.

Located 3 miles from Hendersonville and 25 miles from Asheville. Take I-26 to exit 49A towards 64 East. Merge into the right lane, at the first light take a right onto Sugarloaf Rd, stay on Sugarloaf Rd. for 2.5 miles. Watch for deer between dusk and dawn. Turn right into the RV Park entrance which is at the second green road sign that says Red Gates Lane.There will also be a large white Red Gates RV Park sign and blue camping sign. Do not turn at the first green Red Gates Lane sign, as that road is too narrow, so please use the RV entrance.

Burntshirt Vineyards is located right across the road (2015-2016 North Carolina Winery of the year). Close to apple orchards.

Quiet, friendly, dog friendly. This is the place to be for fall colors. Bathrooms are good. Small fishing lake less then block away. All restaurants are within 5 miles. Camp fires allowed
