We planned on staying here originally for one night. But the accommodations were so nice, we were able to relax another night and enjoy the resort. Very roomy, trees and you are not stacked in right up against your neighbors. Pools and hot tubs are amazing. An amazing place to entertain grand children of all ages. You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing RV staycation spot, with great amenities, super clean facilities, and super friendly staff! Beautiful spots under the trees and the best view of the stars at night! 5 out of 5!
We camped here in December very close to Christmas. The people were all so nice and inviting. They had a great Christmas parade and get together in their clubhouse. The showers, laundry room, and pool are all well taken care of. We stored our Travel trailer there to go home for the holidays, and when we returned we stayed again because a storm with rain and wind was not great for traveling. We are staying again soon in March for 2 more beautiful nights. 12/18/23 and 3/4/24
Very quiet and peaceful location. Well-maintained. Sites and access roads are packed gravel and are fairly level. Not a lot of amenities, but the price is very reasonable, the utilities work solidly and the staff are very friendly. It would be nice to have a few shade trees around.
nice place stayed 3 night has everything you need used as a base to go to the Alamo and River walk . will stay again if in the area
The Springs RV park has everything you are looking for. It is located close to many amenities and businesses. It is also close to one of the most exciting parks in the area. Their staff is nothing but professional and very helpful. Their facilities are in outstanding shape and the public restrooms are in impeccable order. Outstanding destination.
Nice park with large spaces, nice overnight place been here twice. Everything's clean and well kept. Friendly people!
Very nice park, nice setting with ponds and all the animals. Even better homemade Pizza made right there! very good.
Great site, level, and easy to get to. Centrally located to easily see Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, the White Sands, and more! We would definitely stay here again! Greatful for the sleds that we could borrow! Saved us from having to purchase some. Thank you!
Enjoyed gated community. Concrete pads, nice people.
It's like camping with family, lots of fun activities and good company. Resort has all the accomodations you need. Tiffiny and Juanita know how to run a nice place.
Stayed over night September 2023. This is a great park. Easy in and out. Nice size lots. Didn’t access any amenities but will absolutely stay again.
Very clean and level campsites. Nice heated pool and easy access off the highway. We would definitely stay here again!
Nice clean place. Very friendly staff and residents. Very clean. I felt very safe during my evening walks
Peaceful and clean. We just started our adventure in RV camping in 2022. We stopped at Big Fir and we were so happy with the accommodations in the forest setting. Friendly and comfortable. We plan on traveling again and this will be our favorite stop.
Update: New owners have made some improvements. Wifi works very well. Sites are still tight but in better condition. Very helpful and friendly staff. This is not the best park for those who want a quiet country retreat. But if you like to be in the heart of the action, you really can't do better, especially with the Passport price. This is within easy walking distance to a good dozen attractions and restaurants.
Nice people. Convenient location. Level sites. Utilities worked well. Wifi worked better than most RV parks. About the worst thing I could say is that there is a little bit of highway noise. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay and would certainly be back.
