This is a Great Park very friendly. Everybody welcomes you in it’s a Park you need to to stay at. It has a hot tub. It has a heated saltwater pool. There’s lots of activities. You have no time to rest if you want to do a lot of things..
Very nice small park all paved spots. You have great people at the office. I think it’s a great spot. There is no pool or anything like that but if you’re looking just for a spot for the night or do you want to use a Central location? It’s a great spot. All spots are back on.
We stayed here a week ago and found the park pretty empty as it is so new. The facilities are beautiful, clean and, so far, available. I’m sure as the park fills up and gets really busy, it will be harder to use some of the facilities but right now it’s perfect. The parking spots are roomy and pretty level. Nice walk to the beach on the Colorado river with thatched umbrellas. There’s not a lot to do around the area but if you’re looking to just stay at the park and enjoy their facilities it’s perfect. Across the river is Blythe California, where there’s a nature park you can visit that’s kind of nice. Quiet area, just right for relaxing and spending time together.
A beautiful corner of the universe.
Wonderful little park. Owners are so nice. Showers are some of cleanest I've encountered in my travels. They also have a laundry, free DVDs to check out, BBQ area and a little path by a creek. I would definitely stay here again!!!
We have stayed at many PA campgrounds but this one is one of the best!! Very clean, spacious pull thrus. We were very cordially greeted by the knowledgeable staff. Great park, stayed 5 days.
Nice park, friendly helpful staff, grounds & pool are tidy. Off I 10 about 10 miles but worth the drive - peaceful & quiet at night.
Came here intending only to pass through but loved it so much we ended up staying a couple months. Very nice staff and the owners are great. 24 hour laundry access, mail boxes and propane available too. Plenty of space to walk around with mature Oak trees and a duck pond in the back (they have duck food in the clubhouse and the ducks will eat from your hand).
We stayed her overnight on our way down south for the winter. Very nice property and I would have loved to see it in the spring.
We got in late and left early so really didn't get to look around much. Very kind and accommodating management.
Small park but they were able to fit us in the last pull thru on short notice. it was nice and comfortable. I would have likes to stay a little longer
We stayed at smuggler's roost for a week. the staff especially the on-site manager or absolutely amazing. helped with everything we needed and made sure we were okay. Nice campground with plenty of room for large groups. Good access to day trips and local sites. we definitely will be back.
Second year doing the snowbird thing here. Andy and Celeste are great campground owners! Good location, lots to see and do in SE ARIZONA. Friendly people and businesses. We’re a retired full time couple. Fits our needs perfectly. Highly recommend!!
Great campground. Quiet and absolutely beautiful scenery. We will be back.
Very nice and quiet. nice pound to fish. Clean bathrooms.
We stayed for 8 days in this park and it was a wonderful place to make day trips from. Bisbee, Tombstone, Vista, Patagonia Lake, and a bunch of other places. The sites are great and the staff is so nice and so helpful. The activities are plentiful. Wonderful experience.
Very nice park with lots of amenities and activities. Need some updates to signs to reflect current dates and times for happy hour. The club house could use some cleaning.
The Passport price is only $6 off...but with the full price being only $22, I can't get upset. I ended up extending my stay even though the Passport price is only one night. They offer full hookups and a really usable wifi for that price. Parking is level dirt (it's the desert and the silty dirt can get blown around a bit). It's really close to the historic fort and gateway to the State Park. There are miles of off-road trails for folks to enjoy. The best part of this park is the community feeling created. They have a cocktail hour each day, a weekly dinner in Mexico and a weekly brunch. This is what made me stay. All for a super low price. You can't beat that!
Central to all attractions. Visited in the off season so there were minimal sites open. Staff was only there half days but available by phone and nearby if you had any needs. Laundry was available and clean. Great experience !
This was a fantastic park! Small but very quiet. The backdrop of the mountains was beautiful.
