Traveling Hwy 8/ 51 corridor- coming or going - We're only a Mile away! Located 1 mile west from US Hwy 8 & 51/39 corridor EXIT 234. Go Hwy 8 West approx 1/2 mi. turn LEFT onto WOLFF Road, (a Sharp Left (So.) on the curve) approx. 1/8th mi. to campgrounds. Where the "True North" begins.

Description

Sites Overlook the lake on terraced grounds, peaceful stop in glacier area and Ice Age Trail. Located in the Woods on Spring-fed Muskellunge Lake. Where the modern camper can still enjoy a good "Old Fashioned Camping Experience" ... small, scenic, also a good setup for small Family Gatherings or Reunions - Centrally located. Serving Camper Families since 1968.

Area Attractions

Many excellent golf courses for all levels as well as a variety of areas for biking/kayaking/hiking nearby. 10 miles from DNR Bearskin Bike Trail or take the 6 mile Hiawatha Trail into Tomahawk. We are about 40 miles from Timm's Hill, the tallest point in Wisconsin and not too far from the Yellowstone Trail. Tomahawk and Rhinelander have many quaint stores for browsing. Lincoln/Oneida County also have trout streams and Fall Partridge Hunting for the sportsperson.
