This park is all about saving money. Their price point is one of the lowest around and on top of that they offer discounts to various clubs. Location is good. Right in the city, but a bit further away from 101 and the harbor noise. Folks are friendly here. Comes with wifi that is not super fast, but fast enough to surf and check facebook and such. Comes with a minimal cable assortment, but at least it has some cable. Sites are level. It's not a luxury park by any stretch but it is designed to save money. I think it's a good deal as far as bang for your buck. Even though they only allow one day with PA, with the other discounts, it was worth it.
