Located 50 miles from Cedar Rapids and 45 miles from Waterloo. North off Hwy. 20 on Hwy. 150 to Hwy. 281. Then go west .7 miles and turn North on Q Ave. for .4 miles. Park is on the right. Registration is at the office in the campground. Follow campground registration sign.

We were taking a 3 month trip out West. We spent 3 wonderful days at the end of June 2015 at Lakeshore. I especially liked the lake. From the moment we arrived, up until the moment we left, the Owners were willing to help in any way possible. We did have an opportunity to chat with them while we were doing laundry. It was learned that they are RVers too. There was an opportunity for several Navy Buddies and wives (who lived in the area) to stop by and visit. There was also an opportunity to share our previous careers among other topics. They even invited us to a Birthday Party on the patio.
