Getting into this park was challenging with all the construction and one-way frontage roads. This park is corporate owned, with a coded gate. Some full timers, sites are narrow, with mature trees, and grassy areas. We took a back in spot for the days we were here. So glad my husband is a darn good driver. Next time we will ask for a pull-thru. They have a 24/7maintenance call number, which is great if you have a water, power, and sewer problem. No cable, we got about 29 air channels. Verizon 5bars. The WiFi is unsecured and works for normal email, and searching the web.
Was a very nice experience. Was greeted at the gate, guided to site (which was well manicured, level, and provided adequate space). Prior to escort departing our site, he explained the easiest way to exit the park when we were ready to depart, where to put the access card for the gate, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
I was surprised by how nice the owner Mike was. I just needed a place to stop, and was very pleased by both he and his wife. I felt very safe in parking there. Additionally, the women's bathroom was sparkling clean! It's close enough to the freeway for convenience, but far enough not to hear much of the traffic. I will visit again when I go up to see my Daughter in Iowa. Good place!
