For Example: If your camping fee is $24.00 per night, then sell one of these Special 1 Year P.A. Memberships, you would make a total of $56.00! That is $12.00 P.A. Rate + $44.00 commission for one Special Membership=$56.00. Selling Passport America Memberships thereafter can bring in $34.00 (based on a full rate of $24.00, P.A. Included in this package are two applications specifically for these two FREE P.A. Memberships, two 30 Day Temp P.A. Membership cards and two 14th Edition Passport America Camping Directories. Only these two P.A. Membership applications will be accepted and processed by Passport America without payment. Also, when these two members renew, Passport America will pay you according to how long they renew for (1 Year Renewal $15.00, 2 Years Renewal $20.00 and 3 Years Renewal $30.00).

Simply include the customer’s name and address on the Special Application Form and mail or fax to Passport America A.S.A.P. The FREE applications must be sent to Passport America by December 15th 2005. Their permanent Passport America ID Card will be mailed to them immediately.

Who is a Passport America Member?

This year has been an amazing learning experience for all of us at Passport America. We are learning more everyday with each conversation with members, participating park owners and managers. This year the question of PA Membership Proof has been brought up so many times, that we decided it was time to address this issue with all.

Below are examples of all types of Passport America ID Cards, and how to distinguish the validity of the membership. Also, a list of other types of PA Membership Proof are listed to help you determine who does or does not receive the PA Membership Benefits of the 50% Discount off of your nightly camping fee.

However, the discount being provided to a customer with just an ID Number minus any additional physical acceptable proof of membership has always been handled completely at your discretion. You are always more than welcome to call us toll free (800) 283-7183 during our working hours (Monday-Saturday, 8AM-8PM CST) to verify a particular ID Number, or have any doubts whatsoever about the validity of a particular membership. If you are unable to contact us, please leave us a detailed message on our voice mail and we will contact you promptly the following workday.

Why do some customers only have an ID Number? Our reps will provide a new member with an ID Number for proof of membership when making a reservation by phone, confirmation of their account being created and processed, and for PA Membership Referrals. Also, sometimes a member may have their account number, but has lost their card. Calling us is the best way to check the validity of an account number.

What if their PA Card has expired? Then technically the card is not valid. However, you can call us to verify a recent renewal or suggest that the Expired Cardholder call us to renew their membership. BUT PLEASE! DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR A PA MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL! ALL RENEWALS MUST BE DONE BY THE CUSTOMBER BY MAIL, INTERNET OR PHONE DIRECTLY WITH PASSPORT AMERICA. This is to ensure that the renewal commission fee is paid to the deserving Affiliated Park Owner (i.e. the park owner responsible for the initial sale). Please call us if you have any questions about PA Membership Renewals.

PROOF of PA Membership:
• Valid Passport America or Motorhome America ID Cards.
• A Fax copy of their PA Membership Card/or confirmation letter from PASSPORT AMERICA.
• A Confirmation Notice sent via email that contains all the same information that would be listed on their ID Card (i.e. Name, ID Number and Valid Date). Also, a name and title of a Passport America Rep is included on the letter.

NOT PROOF of PA Membership:
• A Passport America Decal ONLY!
• A Passport America Directory ONLY!
• A Membership card from another club that is not Passport America or Motorhome America.
