We are a small family run campground located within a five minute walk to seven miles of white sandy beach and beautiful New England Town. You won't need to use your car once you are here. The campground is a large grassy field surrounded by trees. In late summer we have plenty of fruit trees and blueberry bushes for your pickings and right outside our entrance is a wonderful lobster pound and fruit stand. 71 total RV sites. Can accommodate RVs up to 40'. Full hookups and Partial Hookups available. Free Hot Showers/Clean Restrooms, Laundry, Swimming Pool, Shaded Sites, Fire Rings, Wood for sale at office, Camp Store with RV supplies (no food), Ice Cream is available at Office, Daily rubbish removal/Dumping Station, Picnic Tables, Biking, Ice, Propane, and Security. Pet Friendly. Within Walking Distance: Beach Lobster & Farm Stand, Costal Convenience Store, Golf, Tennis, Mr. Bill's Pizza, Shopping Malls, Fishing, Downtown Old Orchard Beach, Mini Golfs Maine's Finest Beach, and Boating.

Open May 1st - October 15th. P.A. discount is valid for one night. P.A. discount is valid May 15th thorugh June 19th, and from Labor Day until October 15th. P.A. discount is not valid during holidays and holiday weekends. We like it quiet. Quiet time is at 11:00 p.m. Strictly Enforced. Speed limit within campground is 5 MPH. Dogs welcome, must be leashed. Must be taken with you whenever you leave. Must not be left unattended at any time. Must be cleaned up after immediately. If he or she is a barker, please leave them at home. No Pit bulls or aggressive dogs allowed.

GPS: 43.51498N, -70.38037W Take Exit 36 off the Maine Turnpike. Follow the "Old Orchard Beach" signs on to Rt. 5 (Saco Ave). Bear left at the rotary and go 1.5 miles; turn left onto Usen Lane for Ne're Beach.
