Take exit 23 off of Interstate 81 toward Greenville. After a few miles you will see a sign that points towards Jonesborough and Johnson City. Follow that sign which will put you on the 11E bypass. Stay on 11E until after you have passed Wal-Mart on the left. Go to the 1st traffic light (approximately 1 mile) and turn right onto Hwy 107 toward Erwin. Go approximately 7 miles. When you see a large brown sign stating Cherokee National Forest, turn right on to that street which is Horse Creek Park Road. Go approximately 1 mile, turn right. Go approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Dunham Road. The campground is on the right just a short distance down Dunham Road. From the Horse Creek Park Road turn off there are signs directing you into the campground. |
