Testimonials

Friendly owners. Peaceful location on a lake and close enough to get to downtown Hot Springs in about 10 minutes. Nice tall trees to offer shade and (and lovely birdsong coming from nests). Utilities work well. Wifi has decent speed. Cable TV is low res but has a lot of channels. Sites are somewhat level (I was on a gravel site, but it looks like they are installing good concrete pads in a number of sites). Park was well kept. Looks like they are making improvements. They need to put some fresh asphalt on the roads around the park and continue installing concrete pads.
