May 2016 A great place to stay, close to downtown and all major tourist attractions. Bus at door connects to streetcar system downtown - travel all day for only $3.00. Close to shopping and walmart. Large level gravel pads, FHU, clean and well maintained restrooms and laundry, fully fenced and coded entry gate. TV room and info re all tourist activities. Dave is most helpful with set-up, and is a wealth of knowledge on everything that New Orleans has to offer. We stayed 6 days and if we return to New Orleans we will definitely stay here.

Great campground. Conveniently located to downtown by car or bus (stop across the road from campground). Clean laundry. New bath houses. Dave was always available and very helpful with directions and places to eat and go. Would definitely camp there again.
