Located between Palm Springs (20 min away) and Desert Edge, which is 12 miles from Desert Hot Springs. Take I-10 to Palm Drive north, and then turn right on Dillon and watch for signs about 4 miles East.

A quiet oasis in the desert with a spectacular view of Mt. San Jacinto, convenient to all that the Greater Palm Springs area has to offer, with gated entrance, landscaped sites, and a relaxing resort atmosphere.

Seasonal entertainment, line dancing, water aerobics, water volleyball, pickleball and more. Winter volleyball and pickleball tournaments. Onsite pickelball instructors during the winter season. Worship service offered on Sundays. Free, unlimited 18-hole mini golf, six pickleball courts open year-round. Two clubhouses available for family and group gatherings. Rally groups and other groups welcomed.

Attractions in the Greater Palm Springs area include many golf courses, the Palm Springs Air Museum, the world-famous Palm Springs Aerial Tram, spas, casinos, shopping districts and more. Downtown Palm Springs hosts its weekly Street Fair, and College of the Desert hosts its weekend Street Fair. Family activities abound, including the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert and Wet n' Wild. Enjoy nature just outside the resort entrance at the Kim Nicol Trail, or a short drive to Indian Canyon, Whitewater Preserve, or the Coachella Valley Preserve. Joshua Tree National Park is a half hour away. Drive the Palms to Pines Highway for a spectacular view of the Coachella Valley, and the town of Idyllwild. Entertainment and dining are plentiful in the Greater Palm Springs area. The historical Cabot Museum is minutes from the resort entrance.

This was our first RV Camping reservation. I didn’t complete the online questionnaire correctly and we were stuck in traffic. They did everything possible to help me complete the forms and assure our spot would be available when we got here. We will definitely be coming back.
