From I-75, get off at SR 54. Go east to Morrisbridge Rd. and make a right. Go to Chancey Road and make a left. About 4 miles down Chancey Rd. We are located on the left. From I-4, get off at Plant City (Rt. 39 Exit). Go north on 39 to Chancey Rd. Make a left. Go across 301. Southern Charm is located on the right.

Southern Charm RV Community is located in Central Florida between Tampa and Orlando. Our RV sites can accommodate RVs up to 45’ with full hookups for your convenience. We are a 55+ community for our long term residents, but we welcome all ages for short-term stays.

We offer a full calendar of events starting in November and going until early April such as bingo, potlucks and so much more.

Tampa Zoo at Lowry Park, Florida Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino Tampa, Zephyrhills Museum of Military History, Tarpon Springs, Snowcat Ridge Alpine Snow Park, Skydive City, and Metro Lagoons Epperson.
